Yes, I can. Single Session Therapy (SST) is an evidence-based approach to help people to achieve their goals in one session.

We usually start the session by discussing what you want to work on, and listen to how you see the situation you want to resolve. We’d then discuss solutions you have tried and explore how moving forward would look. The expectation is that you leave your session with more clarity, hope, and a working plan to put into practice from day one.  

One of the most notable differences is that with Single Session Therapy, the person offering help and the person seeking help commit themselves to finding a solution to a specific situation or problem within one session. On the other hand, most other forms of therapy would expect you to attend several sessions to get the desired outcome.
